When you get in touch with us, request a quote, or place an order, we ask for basic details like your name, company name, billing address, email address, and phone number. We also ask for project information so we can do the work properly. A few fields are optional, and we will always make that clear.
When you visit our website, some information is collected automatically. This includes your IP address, the type of browser and device you are using, which pages you viewed, and when you visited. We use Google Analytics to help us understand how people find and use our site, which helps us make it better over time.
Most of the information we collect is used simply to do what you hired us to do. We use your details to complete your order, process your payment, and keep you informed about your project. We may also send occasional emails about our services or offers if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe from those at any point, and it will not affect anything else.

You have the right to ask us what information we hold about you and to receive a copy of it. You can ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete your data if there is no legal reason for us to keep it. You can also ask us to stop using your information for marketing at any time.
If you are based in the EU or UK, you can raise a concern with your local data protection authority if you are not happy with how we have handled your data. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what data we collect and to confirm that we do not sell it.

All payments go through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant processors and are protected with SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our own servers. Your financial information is handled entirely by the payment provider.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us their details, please let us know and we will delete the information straight away.
